How do new clients end up in Studio Management automatically?
Place the Studio Management contact form on your website. Every new inquiry goes straight into your system as a lead.
Can I connect my own online calendar?
Yes. Link your own calendar, so all your private and business appointments are together in one place.
Do I get my own email address in Studio Management?
Yes. It is used only within Studio Management, but it is linked to your regular email address, so you also get a notification in your own inbox when a message arrives.
Is there a booking system?
Yes. With the booking calendar you offer mini sessions or workshops on your website, and clients book and pay right away.
Can my accountant access my finances?
Yes. There is a separate financial portal you can share with your accountant only. They see your income and expenses, and nothing else in your account.
Can I buy extra storage?
Yes. Your plan includes 20 GB. You can upgrade to 50 GB for €10 extra per month.
Can I simply share a gallery and send downloads?
Yes. Share a gallery with a direct link, without giving your client access to the full client portal.
Do I still get the discount if I sign up after my free trial?
Yes. New members who choose a yearly plan get 50% off their first year. Just mention it when you sign up. The discount is for new members and for the first year only.
